The flowers were delivered by a very courteous man, and the staff at Ralph's House of Flowers were very sweet and caring. I will definitely use them again when ordering my next arrangement! This was Second time using Ralph's, it won't be the last either. I received a call the Next morning after ordering the Plant, it was.a.pleasant lady, advising me that she didn't have the Azaleas, as they were out of them, but s
asked if she could switch it out for a Gardenia instead. I remembered that was on of her mother's, my grandmother's, favorite flowering plant. Plant was delivered to My mom, for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it. It was a God thing.

The purple tulips encased in amazing greenery were stunning! :) I was more than pleased with what my amazing man picked out for me! :) I gave you a four out of five only because you called me before the flowers were delivered to clarify my location. The surprise would have been much better if the sender was called to verify the address. But regardless of that, I was highly pleased with the arrangement of tulips. :)
